The Bearded Man

The recently created Bearded Man imprint on Armada Music represented a brand-new direction for the established record label and a significant risk. No one was sure whether the radical concept could succeed in such a highly defined market. The sub label was created for music that’s completely “outside the box”, and the word “genre” was left at the door. We were challenged with creating a brand and identity that broke with Armada Music's rich tradition and that would gain significant attention in a short amount of time. Together, we developed The Bearded Man's visual identity along with the backstory and creative copywriting to back it up. Our work on this project has been heralded by SiriusXM radio jockeys as being the most innovative in the business, and we were fortunate to be able to take a record to platinum status and various #1 positions around the world -- Lost Frequencies' 'Are You With Me'.
